Using Your Amazon Echo Show to Access Your Health Data
Step 1. Open your Health Assistant:
After you have turned on your Amazon Echo Show device, you can open the Health Assistant program to retrieve your sensor-generated health information. To do so, say the following:
“Alexa, open my Health Assistant.”
When your Health Assistant opens, it will say:
“Hi. Welcome to your personal Health Assistant. I can tell you about your gait, sleep, vitals, and your most recent health message. What would you like to know?”
Step 2. Retrieve your Health Information:
Next, you can ask your Health Assistant a number of questions to retrieve information about your pulse, respiration, sleep, fall risk, and health messages. Below are some questions you can ask:
Recent night time pulse: | What is my most recent night time pulse rate? | |

Step 3. Questions from your Health Assistant:
Your Health Assistant will ask questions to help you retrieve your health data. Below are some questions that you may hear:
How can I assist you today?
What else can I help you with?
Is there anything else you would like to know?
Would you like to know about your ____________________?
Would you like to know about the health trends associated with this health message?
Would you like to know the next most relevant trend?
You may say “Yes”, “Okay”, or “No” to answer these questions, or you may use any of the prompts in Step 2 to retrieve the information you want.
Step 4. Exit your Health Assistant:
When you are done retrieving your health data, you can exit your personal Health Assistant by saying “Alexa, close” or “Alexa, exit”.
